Description

THIS IS BEING POSTED FOR THE FINANCIAL CRIMES ENFORCEMENT NETWORK (FINCEN). The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), intends to award a sole source contract to The Corporate Executive Board for Project Management Office (PMO) Executive Council subscription. Subscription includes 1. Research and Best Practices including access to proprietary quantitative PMO studies; 2. Tools, Templates, and Online support for all FinCEN employees; and 3. Workshops, Meetings, and Training. The period of performance for the award is one year. We believe the Corporate Executive Board is the only known source providing a Bureau-wide subscription for the PMO services required by FinCEN. Any responses received as a result of this notice shall include the organization's capability statement and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the Bureau. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Other information: Electronic submissions, in response to this Notice, shall reference FIN-13000-10-0120 and be sent to the attention of Jayne Horvath via email to Jayne.Horvath@fincen.gov. Electronic submission must be received no later than 10 a.m. EST, Monday, December 28, 2009. Please note this is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
