Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award to a Sole Source contract under statutory authority, 10 USC 2304©(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government intends to award a Sole Source contract to AGFA Healthcare Corporation,10 South Academy St, Greenville, SC 29601 to provide maintenance for picture Archiving Communication System (PACS). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If any interested parties can fulfill this requirement, please provide statement of interest to this office NLT 12:00 noon CDST on 28 Dec 09.
