Description

Recovery- In accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, the Department of Commerce- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to procure software for the National Telecommunications Information Administration (NTIA), (the Act). This special notice is being issued for the purpose of notifying vendors that this procurement for Adobe Live Cycle Software shall be posted on and utilize GSA Advantage Schedule 70 for the three environments (Development, Test and Production). The applicable NAICS code is 423430- Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software. The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) anticipates issuing one (1) award utilizing the above stated GSA Advantage Schedule 70. Purpose: The purpose of this procurement is to secure Adobe Live Cycle Software for the National Telecommunications Information Administration for three (3) environments; (Development, Test and Production).
