Description

Wanted to Lease by USDA The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Henry County Office in New Castle, KY, is interested in leasing approximately 2,900 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,762 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 2,900 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 30 paved parking spaces. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of North: City Limits of Grayson East: Grayson City Limits except areas East of Little Sandy River West: City Limits of Grayson, South: Grayson City Limits except areas South of Little Sandy River Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by November 1, 2010.
