- PR: IQC09356009005 Solicitation: SPM4A7-10-R-0451 NSN: 1560-01-116-4223 Item: Upper (L/S Green House Assy) Panel Assembly, CH-47 Helicopters, P/N 145S1704-18 Estimated Annual Demand: 188 each Delivery Schedule: Mylar Delivery - 30 days FAT Article Production - 72 days Line Item 9907 - Contractor First Article Test - 90 days Government Evaluation - 60 days Line Item 9910 - Government Fit Verification Test - 30 days Government Test & Evaluation - 7 days Delivery of Production Units - 72 days After Fit Approval Total Delivery - 361 Days ***NOTE: FAT inspection at ORIGIN, acceptance at DESTINATION.*** Solicitation issue date: January 7, 2010 Solicitation closing date: February 8, 2010 This solicitation is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside for an Indefinite Quantity Contract to an approved source. The sources are: Boeing Helicopters (77272), Precision Standard (8X897), and Control Logistics (0YRW3). The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. A stable-based Mylar with be furnished by the Government. Both a Contractor First Article Test and Government Fit Verification Test are required for this item. Export control also applies. Guaranteed Minimum for the base year and the Minimum Order Quantity is 53 each. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 188 each, and the Maximum Contract Quantity for the base year is 368 each.
