- NAICS Code: 9241 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.106 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This notice constitues the only solicitation; offers are requested and a seperatewritten solicitation will not be issued. The title for this request for quotation is "Fuel Efficuiency and Emissions Testing, Training and Technical Assistance for the Partnership for Clean Indoor Air." The estimated level of effort for this requirement is 730 hours, and the period of performance is from date of award through February 28,2011.
