FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. Approved source for this item is: BEAVER AEROSPACE & DEFENSE (088K1) P/N A-5415 and BOEING COMPANY (77272), P/N 114CS107-1. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with the approved source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) – approved source is cited above; Notes 22 and 26 apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluations factors as described in the solicitation.
