Description

RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER FOREST ENGINEERING & ROAD MAINTENANCE MULTIPLE AWARD AGREEMENT UNDER SOLICITATION AG-04N0-S-09-0004. Task order project will include: mobilization, clearing and grubbing of roadway and roadside areas, preparing roadway segments for aggregate application, applying a surface course of aggregate, construction of drainage excavation and the necessary traffic control to complete the work. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. Anticipated period of performance for this task order is 115 calendar days after notice to proceed. The Government intends to place a firm fixed price task order on or before February 5, 2010. The resulting order shall utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required
