Description

IQC09351009005, this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3110-12-178-6951) for a BEARING,BALL,ANNULAR (4 POINT CONTACT). This solicitation will be for an award for a quantity of 427 for a base and four option years. There are three approved sources of supply: ROSENBAUER OESTERREICH GMBH (0102N) P/Ns 048335 and 073115, FAG BEARINGS CORP (43991) P/N QJ308TVP, SKF (52676) P/N QJ308MASKF and FAG KUGELFISCHER AG & CO OHG (D2456) P/N QJ308. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The required delivery for is 180 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The NSN is Foreign Bearing Waiver approved for FY10 in accordance with procedures at DFARS 225.7009-4 due to lack of domestic sourcing. Subsequent fiscal year waIvers will be obtained until a domestic source is located. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 4 JAN 10 (anticipated closing date of 3 FEB 10), anticipated award date is JUNE 2010. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
