- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous ground floor office space. Space shall be located in an area conducive to professional office operations that will serve the public. Surrounding developments must be well maintained and in consonance with a professional image. The space requirement can be satisfied with space in an existing building or through new construction. The space offered must consist of approximately 8,807 rentable square feet in the Beachwood, Ohio area yielding between 7,294 and 7,658 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Thirty three (33) surface parking spaces are required. This site must be on an existing Main Feeder public bus route with hourly service. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Ridgebury Blvd West to Richmond Road South to Mayfield Road West to South Green Road East: Som Center Road West: South Green Road South: Chagrin Blvd East to Richmond Road South to Harvard Road east to I-271 North to Chagrin Blvd The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy anytime on or before February 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. No subleases will be considered. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
