- This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. The Solicitation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 01/15/2010, with the Response date on or around 02/19/2010. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The response date referenced above is estimated. Reference number: PR#: 0024301560. NSN: 5945-01-048-9774. Nomenclature: SOLENOID, ELECTRICAL. Authorized source: ONAN CORPORATION (44940) P/N: 307-1101 and WOODWARD CONTROLS INC. (78388) P/N: SA-1637-24. A Large Purchase Contract is anticipated. Total estimated quantity is 738 each. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal, which shall be considered. ADEQUATE DATA FOR THE EVALUATION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PROCUREMENT AGENCY. THE OFFEROR MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE DATA PACKAGE INCLUDING DATA FOR THE APPROVED AND ALTERNATE PART FOR EVALUATION. ALTERNATE OFFERS MAY ONLY BE SUBMITTED DURING THE SOLICITATION AND ARE NOT PERMITTED AFTER AWARD.
