(Subject Continued) to Advanced Individual Training Standard Barracks, PROJECT NUMBER 31136, Training Barracks Building 818-Replace and Restore All Components to Advanced Individual Training Standard Barracks, PROJECT NUMBER 37830, Dining Facility Building 820-Replace and Restore All Components, PROJECT NUMBER 37831, Ops Building 822-Replace and Restore All Components to Advanced Individual Training Standard BN Ops This Project is a Design/Build Project consisting primarily of renovation of three existing three story barracks in Buildings, a dining hall, and a Battalion HQ (Ops Bldg.). The Project includes furnishing all analyses, design, procurement, installation, plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work to provide complete and usable facilities. The renovation is intended to be functionally and technically similar to a dormitory in the private sector community surrounding the Installation. This Project includes the reconfiguration of existing squad bays to open troop bay type layouts for a maximum 240 personnel capacity. Each barracks building also has work classified as new work which includes the new 3-story addition with individual floor area of approximately 960 square feet per floor as shown on the Drawings. The project also includes furnishing all analyses, design, procurement, installation, plant, labor, equipment, materials and transportation, and performing all required work to provide a complete and usable Project for a Dining Hall and a Battalion HQ 822 (Ops Bldg.). The Dining Hall project will provide food service for soldiers and is intended to be functionally and technically similar to cafeterias and restaurants in the private sector community surrounding the Installation. The Battalion HQ Building project will provide classroom space and administrative services for soldiers and is intended to be functionally and technically similar to classrooms and offices in the private sector community surrounding the Installation.
