- Solicitation 6FLS-J9-090422-N is issued on 12/30/09. This is a two year stock requirements (term) solicitation. Contract will be Fixed Price with three one-year options and an Economic Price Adjustment clause. The type of contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract. This procurement will consist of thirty-four (34) National Stock Numbers in 5120 Federal Supply Class (a variety of hand tools). All of the item purchase descriptions are technical descriptions except for item number 33 which is a brand name or equal item description. The contract period will be 8/1/10 or date of award whichever is later through 7/30/12 with 3 one-year options. No items are set aside for small business concerns. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 90 days after receipt of order and FOB Destination. Offers will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Specific details regarding the LPTA method of award are shown in the solicitation (see regulation 52.212-2 for details). PLEASE READ ALL SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. Vendor response documents including offers and any other required information are due by 2:00 PM Central Time 2/5/10 to the address listed on block 9 of the 1449 document. Please ensure that the past performance questionnaires are completed by your three references and sent via email (paula.schulte@gsa.gov) or fax (816-926-3678) to Contract Specialist Paula Schulte by the February 10, 2010 as stated in the questionnaire.
