In addition, repaving of an approximate 260 linear feet of Yonkers Avenue is necessary. The A/E will prepare analysis, designs, plans and specifications and provide assistance in accordance with the scope of work for stabilization of a section of the Yonkers Avenue, Tuckahoe. The scope of work consists of: Investigative Services, Design Report, Preparation of Plans and Specifications, Permits, Quantity Take-Off and Cost Estimate, Copies Required, E&D through the Advertisement Process, Meetings, Shop Drawing Reviews, Responses to Requests for Information, Site Visits, Quality Control, Submittal Schedule, Period of Performance, and Contract Administration Management.
