Description

Solicitation Synopsis Schedule B The objective of this project is to work closely with NHTSA Regions and State Highway Safety Offices (SHSO's) to provide needed data for the Highway Safety Plan (HSP) development process and for problem identification and program development throughout the year. The project will also directly assist SHSO's without contractor expertise in data analysis and problem identification. Finally, the project will provide opportunities for SHSO's to share information and best practices in development of their HSP's through conference calls, onsite meetings, and e-mail communication.
