- RECOVERY. GSA PUBLIC BUILDING SERVICES OFFERS THIS NOTICE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is only available to the contractors under the existing previously competed Architect Engineering MEP Regional IDIQ Contract. This procurement is a task order to existing IDIQ Contract GS-01P-09-BW-0053 to perform design and engineering services for the addition of a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system at John J. Moakley Federal Courthouse in Boston, MA. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 541310. An RFP is being issued to the following IDIQ contractor: BBIX, Inc. subject to the fair opportunity requirements under the multiple award contracts. This notice is not a solicitation for offers.
