- sf 1442 EARLIER MICROSOFT VERSION FOR THOSE WHO COULD NOT OPEN THE SF 1442 MICROSOFT 2007 VERSION EMBEDDED IN THE SOLICITATION, AN ALTERNATE VERSION IS POSTED 12/30/2009 SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATION AND DRAWINGS AVAILABLE 12/18/2009 Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for the Munro Hall Barracks Exterior Coating, USCG TRACEN Cape May, NJ. Major work items include but are not limited to: Remove old caulking from the windows and concrete panel joints and reseal the joints, power-wash and apply sealant to concrete panels, mobilization, demobilization and clean up. This procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238390/$14.0M. Completion time is 90 DANTP. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS WILL BE ACCEPTED. TENTATIVE date for posting the solicitation is 12/11/2009 with an estimated date for bid opening of 01/11/2009. The exact time set for the opening of bids will be established upon issuance of the Invitation for Bid. Interested parties are encouraged to register at the FBO website to be notified when information on this project is uploaded.
