Description

Amendment 3, Section L – Attachment 13, Past Performance Reference List Amendment 3, Section L - Attachment 3, Subcontractor Consent Letter Amendment 3, Section L - Attachment 1, Past Performance Information (PPI) Form Amendment 3, Section L - Attachment 1, Past Performance Information (PPI) Cover Page Amendment 3, Section L, Volume IV Past Performance AMENDMENT #3 The purpose of this administrative amendment is to extend the due date of the Volume IV Past Performance Tab 1: Past Performance Reference List, Tab 2: Past Performance Information, Tab 4: Organizational Change History, Tab 5: Subcontractor Consent Letter, and Tab 6: Small Business Participation to 15 January 2010. Delivery of these proposal tabs shall also be IAW Section L-05.3 and Section L Table L-05-1 as revised by this amendment. Offerors are hereby instructed to replace Section L Amendment 2; Section L - Attachment 1, Past Performance Information (PPI); Section L - Attachment 3, Subcontractor Consent Letter; and Section L – Attachment 13, Past Performance Reference List with the amendment 3 versions. All revisions in these documents are related to delivery dates only. Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of all amendments by filling in Block 14 of the SF 33. (Reference instructions at Section L-04.8)
