- ARRA GREEN - This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The resulting contract from this combined sunopsis/solicitation will be funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (recorvery Act). In accordance with contract clause 52.204-11 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act-Reporting Requirements, the contractor is required to register in FederalReporting.gov and report certain information as required by the clause. Reports shall be submitted during the first 10 days after the end of each calendar quarter. To assist you in registering and completing the reporting requirements, the following codes are provided: ARRA Project 154260Treasury Account Symbol (TAS): 14 1035Awarding Agency Code: 1443Government Contracting Code: 12000Funding Agency Code: 1443NAICS Code: 423710 This requirement is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N7185100103. The FAR clauses and provisions enclosed are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32. FAR clauses and provisions are available through internet access at www.acqnet.gov/far. This solicitation is a total set-aside for small business. A firm, fixed price contract will be awarded for these commercial items. A. Description of Item Required: Guadalupe Mountains National Park, Texas has a requirement for: 4 Foot T8 LED tubes, a quantity of approximately 500/each. The quantity will be determined by the per unit price. Price should be F.O.B. Destination to the park. Item must be American made. B. Delivery Address: Guadalupe Mountains National Park, 400 Pine Canyon, Salt Flat, Texas 79847 C. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable. The Government will award a contract from this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All evaluation factors other than cost and price, when combined are approximately equal to price or cost. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Price2.
