- PRON: AX0Q0023AX, NSN: 1615-01-226-7514, P/N: 406-010-117-109, NOUN: Plate Assy and Quantity: 94 each applicable to OH-58D weapon system. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing (FAT) is 94 each 315 days after contract award. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 94 each 210 days after contract award or when FAT is waived delivery to Tracy, CA 95304-5000. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Incorporated Cage Code 97499. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
