- ITEM 0001: NSN 4920-01-145-5022 RN, Part Number 18910470003, The Pressure Test Set Remote Controller (RCU) allows for remote operation of either Flight Line Maintenance Test Set, Kollsman part number 18910460000 or TTU-205D Pressure-Temperature Test Set, 18910480000, 18910480003 and 18910480004. The RCU connects to either Test Set via a 50-foot or 100-foot remote cable. The complete RCU consist of a yellow remote controller and cables that are housed in a medium blue carrying case. Total weight of the complete RCU is 20lbs. The overall length is 17.000 inches nominal; overall height equals 10.880 inches nominal; overall width, 12.600 inches nominal. Requirement is for QUANTITY FOR 9 EACH IN BASIC YEAR. Also included, 4 Option Periods, 1-8 EACH. Option I valid 365 days, Option II valid 730 day, Option III valid 1095 days, Option IV valid 1460 days. Materials: Various DELIVERY-ITEM 0001: Place of delivery for Quantity: FE6041, one (1) each; FE6331, one (1) each; FE6481, one (1) each; FE6081, one (1) each; FE6231, one (1) each; FE6102, one (1) each; FE6252, three (3) each, due 180 days ARO contract. Delivery of options is 180 days after exercise of options. Location to be determined. Drawings will be made available online when the RFP is posted. The approximate RFP issue date will be 21 Jan 2010; proposals are due 22 February 2010. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WLL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This is a small-business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All questions regarding the RFP and /or the data packages must be submitted in writing to Pamela.Miller@robins.af.mil with copy to Dawn.McCurdy@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of proposal.
