- Pre-Solicitation Notice #W912DQ-10-T-0030 Harry S Truman Dam and Reservoir Park Attendant Berry Bend Equestrian Public Use Area 7 January 2010 The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Harry S. Truman Project, intends to issue a solicitation for Park Attendant Services for the Berry Bend Equestrian Public Use Area. The Contractor shall provide all manpower, equipment, and supplies, necessary to perform gate attendant services and surveillance of the Berry Bend Equestrian Public Use Area. The contractor has the option to provide a self-contained camping unit and live in the park at a government furnished camp site during the service period. The contract issued will be Base Year with a unilateral one-year (1) option. The period of performance for the base year is 15 April 2010, or date of award, through 15 October 2010. Services are required five days per week. The solicitation, a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued as a Best Value Procurement, which will result in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) service contract. The solicitation will be available on or about January 13, 2010. Quotes will be due approximately February 5, 2010. The solicitation, including any amendments, shall establish the official opening and closing dates and times. NAICS code: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 721211. SBA size standard is $7.0M. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.
