DESKTOP PC SALIENT SPECIFICATIONS In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS PRE-AWARD NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY, I.A.W. FAR 5.704, PUBLICIZING - PREAWARD. THE GOVERNMENT POSTS THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A COMPETITIVE DELIVERY ORDER UNDER THE NASA SEWP IV GWAC, GROUP D CONTRACTS. A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED, SEPARATELY FROM THIS NOTICE, THROUGH WWW.FEDBID.COM, AT 12:30PM EST ON JANUARY 7, 2010 TO ALL AND ONLY NASA SEWP IV GWAC, GROUP D CONTRACT HOLDERS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH NASA SEWP IV GWAC ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS AND FAIR OPPORTUNITY UNDER FAR 16.504. THE SOLICITATION CLOSES AT 11:00AM EST JANUARY 11, 2010. ONLY NASA SEWP IV GWAC, GROUP D CONTRACT HOLDERS MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE SOLICITATION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH NASA SEWP IV GWAC ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS AND FAIR OPPORTUNITY UNDER FAR 16.504. FOLLOWING THE CLOSE OF THE SOLICITATION, IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SINGLE BEST-VALUE DELIVERY ORDER TO ONE NASA SEWP IV GWAC, GROUP D CONTRACT HOLDER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR QUOTE, NASA SEWP IV GWAC ORDERING PROCEDURES, THE TERMS OF THE SOLICITATION, AND FAR 16.504 PROCEDURES.
