- This synopsis publicizes a proposed solicitation W912DY-10-R-0002 (request for proposal) for a small business set-aside competition. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses under the authority of the Small Business set aside program per FAR Part 19. Any contract(s) resulting from this solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns only. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 541614, Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting with a corresponding size standard of $7,000,000. This acquisition will result in approximately four contract awards to small businesses, however, the Government reserves right to award more, less, or none at all. Services (IO&T).
