Description
08-JAN-2010 This Pre-Solicitation Notice is issued to advise industry that asolicitation (N65236-09-R-0035) will be forthcoming for services to provide thenecessary C2 support required to sustain the United States Joint ForcesCommand (USJFCOM) in its mission to provide training to US and foreign jointforces. The work performed under this contract will encompass SystemsEngineering for new integrated systems/networks; Systems Design to supportdevelopment of new integrated systems/networks; Information Assurance;Modeling and Simulation; Net-centric Enterprise Services; Information Systems;Information Systems Transfer/Transport; Power Infrastructure Support,Program Management and CMMI Level II Process experience to support thiswork. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee,Performance-Based contract. The planned contract is estimated at $94.5Million, over an eight year period (includes one base year, four one-yearoptions, and provisions for three additional one-year award terms). Thiscontract will be awarded as a single award. This procurement is a newinitiativeand is not a follow-on to a previously existing dedicated contract. The NAICSis541330, and the applicable size standard is $27.0M. Subject procurement isunrestricted, with award to be made via full and open competitive proposals toa single awardee. The anticipated award date of the subject contract isscheduled for JUL 2010. The solicitation and any documents related to thisprocurement will be available over the Internet, on or about 29 JAN 2010 at theSPAWAR Business Opportunity Website, located at the following address:http://E-Commerce.spawar.navy.mil. It is the offeror's responsibility tomonitorthis site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).Potentialofferors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitationand amendments (if any). No paper distribution of these documents will beprovided. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall beconsidered at that time. NOTE: Draft documents have been posted. Be advised these are only DRAFTSand subject to revisions before the RFP is issued. THIS IS NOT THE FORMALREQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THE FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SHALL BEISSUED ON A SF33.
