- This is a posting of preliminary documentation for the PEO STRI Range Radar Replacement Program encompassing several Army test sites. The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI); Project Manager for Instrumentation, Targets and Threat Simulators (PM ITTS); Instrumentation Management Office (IMO) is considering a two-phase, down select acquisition strategy for the procurement and integration of radar or equivalent systems for U.S. Army test ranges. PEO STRI and its partners, Electronic Proving Ground (EPG), Yuma Test Center (YTC), White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), and Redstone Technical Test Center (RTTC) goals are to modernize their radar systems, enhance range test capabilities, and significantly reduce operation and maintenance costs associated with radar systems.
