- NSN: 1560-01-125-8617, IQC: 09337009034. Item: Probe, Fuel External; P/N: 74A550631-2011. The only approved sources for this item in regards to the specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are: NMC Group, Inc (CAGE 03296) P/N 74A550631-2011 and McDonnell Douglas Corp. (CAGE 76301) P/N: 74A550631-2011. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition, however requires engineering source approval b the design control activity. Any manufacturer, other than NMC Group, Inc (CAGE 03296) P/N 74A550631-2011 and McDonnell Douglas Corp. (CAGE 76301) P/N: 74A550631-2011, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=139; Minimum Order Quantity: B=139, O=139; Maximum Order Quantity: B=391, O=391; Estimated Annual Quantity: B =391, O=391 and the Maximum Contract Quantity: B=727, O=727. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. Production line item delivery is 116 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price and ABVS score will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be January 25, 2010 with a closing date of February 24, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
