Description
Subject synopsis is amended as follows. Response date of 27 Jan 2010, 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) remains unchanged. All other information remains unchanged. 3 (a) SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCE: Ensure that all special experience requirements are reflected on appropriate personnel resumes at Section E, Part I, SF 330 and in Section H, Part I of SF 330. All SF 330 submittals are to be numbered to correspond to the numbering shown in this synopsis. Firms must demonstrate recent experience (within the past 5 years) and significant experience in Corps of Engineers Civil Works water resources project planning and design. Corps of Engineers Civil Works projects within the Southwestern Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be given preference over projects outside the boundary. 3(b) PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITIES: This contract will require for the A-E (either in-house or through a consultant as a minimum the following: (1) Engineers responsible for technical products must be registered. 3 Civil 3 Structural 3 Mechanical 3 Electrical 3 Architect 1 Cost 3 Geologist or Soils Engineer (registered engineer) and geotechnical drill rig and crew to collect soil borings and samples 3 Hydrologic and Hydraulic SF 330, PART 1 ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS: (e) Change sentence number one (1) to read: In Section H, provide a summarization of each of the requirements, including subparagraphs, of items listed in Section 3, Selection Criteria of this synopsis. Change sentence number seven (7) to read: Note that award of Task Orders to Indefinite Delivery Contracts should be summarized as the actual work performed on the task orders and list the task order award amounts by providing the dollar amount range of all the task orders.
