- PRON: AX0Q0042AX. The Government has a requirement for a quantity of 40 each of a TRANSMISSION, MECHAN TRAN, NSN: 1615-01-443-4904, Part Number: 406-040-007-111 applicable to the BX-OH-58D, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. The required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article is 40 each 420 days after contract award (DACA). The required delivery without Contractor Tested First Article is 40 each 280 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code: 97499. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
