- Purchase Request number IQC09318009028, NSN 5342-00-134-3791, MOUNT, RESILIENT, WEAPON. The item is to be utilized on the CH-47 CHINOOK HELICOPTER. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0395; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 222 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 222 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 888 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 888 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 1776 each for the base and option years. This requirement is I/A/W approved sources – LORD CORPORATION, CAGE 76005, P/N J14028-1 & THE BOEING COMPANY – CAGE 77272, P/N 114SS674-1. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 123 days ARO. This procurement does not contain a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is January 27, 2010 & closing date of February 26, 2010. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
