Description

RECOVERY - White Sands National Monument - Rehabilitate Headquarters Building - PMIS #136344 This announcement is for informational purposes only; this opportunity is available only to contractors awarded contracts under the Santa Fe MABO MATOC (Contract Numbers: C1274090112 AAK-De Los Santos Construction, JV; C1274090114 LeeTex/Hill & Wilkinson, LLC; C1274090115 Dwg & Associates, Inc.; C1274090113 MaxFour Engineers & Architects; C1212090088 E-Corp). The White Sands National Monument will contract for the design and installation of a fire alarm system; removal and replacement of double check valve; removal of existing aluminum windows and replacement with new enery efficient fiberglass windows; removal of existing storefront doors and replacement with new energy efficient storefront doors; removal of existing stucco exterior finish on all sides of building and the installation of new Exterior Finish and Insulation System (EFIS).
