- Description
- The United States Government currently occupies approximately 4,003 contiguous usable square feet of office and related space in a building under lease in Rhinelander/Oneida County, WI. The lease term requirement is five years. The space must be available for occupancy October 1, 2010. The delineated area is bounded as follows: North- Hwy K (River St, Maple St, W Davenport St, N Stevens St, W Dwight St, Eagle St, Birchwood Dr, Hwy 17) East- Hwy 17 (Chippewa Dr, N Stevens St) South- Hwy 47, Hwy 8, Hwy 17 West- Hwy 47, Hwy 8, Hwy 17 Other applicable requirements include: - Full-service lease (all utility, services, maintenance costs included in rent) - Parking – 30 on-site paved parking spaces in a lot under Lessor’s control The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement and market survey as basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis to determine whether to exercise its renewal option to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
