- Reps and Certs Attachment V Attachment IV Attachment III Attachment II Attachment I SP0600-10-R-0412 Renewable Energy Certificates, for ultimate transfer to various Federal Civilian customers. Contract(s) are anticipated to be one time deliveries starting on April 1, 2010. Total contract quantity is 101,062,000 kWh. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement and the document constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and has incorporated provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-29. Additional requirements may be added by Amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
