Description: A liquid crystal numerical display type indicator,displays the quantity of fuel in the individual tanks. 9. Contract Type: Requirements, Firm Fixed Price, 3 Basic Years with TwoOption YearsTotal Line Item Quantity: L/I 0001AA-(Basic 3 Years)-BEQ=5L/I 0001AB-(Year 4, Option1)- BEQ=1L/I 0001AC-(Year 5, Option2)- BEQ=2L/I 0002 - qty 1 lot, Over and AboveL/I 0003 - qty 1 lot, Data ItemL/I 0004 - qty 1 lot, Tooling 10. Application (Engine or Aircraft): B-2 aircraft 11. Destination: To Be Determined 12. Delivery: 90 Calendar Days to produce 2 units after receipt ofreparables. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to anAgreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in theUnited States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall bein the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliersmay submit an offer. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which theGovernment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source underthe authority of FAR 6.302. Sole Source: THE BOEING COMPANY, SEATTLE,WA.,98108-4002. Interested persons may identify their interest andcapability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Thisnotice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However,all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award isissued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date ofpublication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Adetermination by the Government not to compete with this proposedcontract based upon responses to this notice is solely within thediscretion of the Government. Information received will normally beconsidered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct acompetitive procurement. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interestedpersons may identify to the contracting officer their interest andcapability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercialitem within 15 days of this notice. 17.
