Description

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO QUOTERS WHO HAVE A GSA SCHEDULE 70 CONTRACT. THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE FUNDED VIA THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. The scope of this requirement is to provide development and consultative support in updating and modernizing the existing Program Information Management System Case Management System, resulting in a new version (PIMS 2.0) for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office for Civil Rights (OCR). Since the Case Management System was initially rolled out into production, there have been significant changes in both technology and business processes. The existing production system must be updated to streamline the management of cases and provide an efficient and modernized case processing system. To take advantage of OCR’s investments in technologies to this point, the proposed solution to modernize the PIMS Case Management System must be accomplished using the existing HHS OCR Enterprise Content Management system (Open Text Livelink ECM product suite). The estimated period of performance of this requirement is March 1, 2010 through April 31, 2011.
