Description

RECOVERYArchitect-Engineer (A/E) Design Services. TAS::14 1035::TAS - FOPO PMIS #152057 - This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity was made available to the two Contractors awarded A/E design services IDIQ contracts competitively under Solicitation Numbers N8078070176 and N8078070178 (Contract Numbers: C807808A176 - Wiss Janney Elstner Associates and - C8078080178 - Architectural Resources Group). The A/E design firm shall complete Title I preliminary design services for removal of accessibility barriers in order to meet the requirements of the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), as amended, at Fort Point National Historic Site, San Francisco, California. The Title I services shall be used as a basis to prepare Title II construction documents for a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will be issued to solicit a construction contract for the removal of the accessibility barriers.
