THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), INVITATION FOR BID (IFB), REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ), REQUEST FOR APPLICATION (RFA) OR AN ANNOUNCEMNT OF A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT ASSUME THE GOVERNMENT WILL AWARD A CONTRACT OR PROCEED WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE SOLICITATIONS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. THIS NOTICE IS ONLY FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES. Based on capability statements received from this announcement, this acquisition may be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside or as a full and open competition. All Small Business Concerns, including 8(a), veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women owned small business are encouraged to respond to this notice. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Program Support Center, Division of Acquisition Management intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) in the future on behalf of the DHHS, Program Support Office, Rocky Mountain Regional CASU, Denver Colorado. The Division of Acquisition Management is seeking capability statements from organizations with the core capability to provide full-service multimedia services and video production throughout the United States, NAICS Code is 512110. Contractors shall have the capability to perform the following services, which include, but are not limited to, the development of a number of audiovisual products such as: Visitor Center: kiosks, films, design and interpretation Public Service Announcements: radio spots, cablecast, multi media Campaign Documentaries: visitor centers, broadcast, outreach Marketing: video and CDROM tapes, mini CD bizcards Website Development: design, programming, ecommerce, database integration, flash animation Outreach: agencies, community, customers Training: computer based desktop training, CDROMs, DVDs, facilitated video sessions, streaming, point and shoot sessions Distance Learning: satellite conference, remote training, multilingual programs Living Histories: studio interviews, location shooting, audio histories Point and Shoot Documentation: conferences, seminars, guest speakers, special events Instructional Design: video and desktop learning Special Purpose: legislative updates, event announcements, media relations Lecture Series New Employee Orientation: facilitated videotapes, CDROM Recruiting: mini CDROM bizcards, die cut bizcards, videos, handouts, PSAs Website Video: design, programming, posting PowerPoint Presentations Video Streaming: customer website, e-archiving, e-scanning Video on Demand 508 Compliance:captioning, descriptive video services, web 508 Replication of all formats: VHS, DVD, CD, BSP, PAL Still Photography Asset Management: digitizing of paper, audio, video, film, databasing Printing: media packets, brochures, classroom materials, flyers, marketing materials Designs: brochures, ads, business cards, flyers, posters Marketing Assistance:convention facilitation, marketing and fund raising campaigns All Contractors interested in supplying this requirement may indicate their interest in this proposed acquisition by sending an email to include your name, contact information, company name, business size, your level of interest in this proposed acquisition, CAGE code, and answers to the following questions: 1.How long have you been in business? 2.What experience do you have in multimedia and video production? 3.What are your payment terms? 4.What is your business arrangement in the commercial industry? 5.Have you ever performed government contracts? 6.What are your commercial terms and conditions? Please provide enough information in order for the Government to determine if you can potentially successfully perform the requirement. The anticipated period of performance for this contract is one 12 month base period and the potential of four additional option periods for a total of 60 months, NTE 66 months with the extension of services clause.
