- NSN: 3110-00-042-0440, Bearing, Ball, Airframe. Purchase Request Number IQC10013009058. A Qualified Product List item, QPL-AS7949-3 NOT 1, Type Number MS27641-8. This NSN is an Air Force Critical Safety item and is not commercial. Certificate of Quality Compliance is required. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. A QCC Code of FCA. Requested delivery is 72 Days ARO. Solicited Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Surge is not applicable to this item. The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 2,436 per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 609 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 4,871 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be January 30, 2009.
