- UNICOR, FPI INTENDS TO ENTER INTO A MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT WITH NOT MORE THAN THREE VENDORS. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AS AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY TYPE CONTRACT. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS FOR FIVE YEARS (5) WITH NO OPTIONS.
