- The proposed procurement is 100% set aside for small business with a NAICS code of 238210 and with a small business size standard not to exceed an average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years of $14 million, including worldwide affiliates. Place of performance is Whitney Point Lake, in Whitney Point, NY. Provide labor, equipment and material needed to remove and replace wiring in Operating Tower at Whitney Point Lake in Whitney Point, NY. No fax requests for a copy of this solicitation will be accepted. Only email and mail will be accepted. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to the contracting office at Alisia.L.Waldon@usace.army.mil. The solicitation will be available close of business o/a 01/20/2010 to interested vendors to create an account (unless they already have one) and download/obtain the solicitation at FEDBIZOPPS (Federal Business Opportunities aka FBO or FEDBIZOPPS) http://www.fbo.gov You must be CCR registered in order to create an account at FEDBIZOPPS.
