Description: The Federal Trade Commission intends to post a solicitation on Friday, January 22, 2010 to conduct a national study of the accuracy of consumer reports in connection with Section 319 of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003, Pub. L. 108-159 (2003). The national study plans to employ both a study contractor and a mailing contractor and it further plans to obtain the assistance from a national credit reporting agency in identifying a large nationwide sample of potential respondents.
