Delineated Area Map for Greene County, Carrollton, IL Government Seeks to Lease 3,900 RSF of Space in Carrollton, IL Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Greene County, Carrollton, Illinois is interested in leasing approximately 3.900 rentable square feet together with 40 on-site paved parking spaces in a lot under Lessor’s control with space for pull thru trucks and trailers. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,550 ANSI/BOMA Office space to a maximum of 3,750 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of contiguous first class, high quality office space. The lease term is 10 years. Preference will be given to first floor and single tenancy space. The Government Will Not Pay For Any Costs Incurred As A Result Of This Advertisement. DELINEATED AREA: The area to be considered must be within or fronting an area bounded on the North by 1500N, north on Rt. 67, east on 1600N, south on the KCS Rail Road, east on Walnut St., south on Bonfoy St., east on Rt. 108; East by1600E; South by 950N and 900N, north on Route 67, west on 1000N; West by 800E, west on Rt. 108, north on 700E, 1460N and 675E in and surrounding Carrollton, Illinois. This space must have easy access to primary roads. See attachment for delineated map. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready by October 1, 2010 or nine (9) months after lease award which ever is later. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address, and location of space in the building. 2. Amount of square feet available (Rentable and ANSI/BOMA Office Space). 3. Contact Information for Owner or Authorized Agent and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
