Description

NSN 1560-01-087-5060, Keeper, Tension Latch, used on theA-10 Thunderbolt Aircraft. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 63, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 171, Max Contract Qty per year is 315. Orders are to be shipped within 266 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. Approved source is Alcoa Global Fasteners, CAGE 29372 and 5R793, P/N 43626-11. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is February 12, 2010 with a closing date of March 12, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
