Description

Scope of Work & Drawings The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, equipment, supervision & materials necessary to complete the Renovation of the Training Room, per Scope of Work & Drawings, for the United States District Court located at the Joel Solomon U. S. Post Office located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. A Site Visit will be conducted on January 28, 2010 @ 10:30a.m. EST. An Alternate Site Visit will not be offered. However, GSA will provide access to the space for Contractors. All Contractors' employees shall have a background check through Federal Protective Service security clearance. A FAVORABLE clearance must be received by GSA for each individual working at the facility. These clearances must be received prior to beginning the project.
