The US ARMY CECOM LCMC intends to acquire 181 each AN/AVS-9 Night Vision Goggle GEN II 1250 FOM; 181 each AN/AVS-9 Helmet Mount for the HGU-56/P helmet; 2 each Purge Kit with Adapter to support AN/AVS-9 Aviators Goggles; 20 each Spare Parts Kit to support the AN/AVS-9 Aviator Night Vision Goggle; 2 each ANV-126 Test Set for the AN/AVS-9; 4 each ANV 20/20 NVD Infinity Focus system for AN/AVS-9; Contractor Furnished Extended Warranty to support the AN/AVS-9 for an additional 12 months beyond the 12 month standard warranty period; Contractor Furnished In-Country Operator and Maintenance Training to support the AN/AVS-9: session length=4 hours, sessions per day=2 sessions, total days=6 days. Salient Characteristics: The AN/AVS-9 GEN II includes the following: Battery Pack as required, Carrying Case, Neck Cord, Lens Tissue, Operator's Manual, and Lens Cap. Spare Parts Kit to support the AN/AVS-9 Aviator Night Vision Goggle must include: soft carrying case (1 ea), neck cord, (1 ea), operator's manual (1 ea), lens cap assembly (2 ea), purge valve O-Ring (4 ea), and lens paper (4 ea). ANV-126-001 Test Set ANV 20/20 NVD Infinity Focus System for AN/AVS-9 Contractor furnished extended warranty to support the AN/AVS-9 for an additional 12 months beyond the 12 month standard warranty period. Contractor furnished in-country operator and maintenance training to support the AN/AVS-9. Students per session: 20 Session Length: 4 hours Sessions per day: 2 sessions Total days: 6 days, includes one set up day Delivery must happen prior to 31 January 2011. Please state delivery ARO. Other information/requirements: 1. Figure of Merit must not exceed 1250 FoM. 2. If you are a reseller/distributor you must disclose the manufacturer of the Tubes. 3. Please state delivery ARO. 4. If you are a reseller/distributor you must disclose the manufacturer of the AN/AVS-9, and the Country of origin of ALL ITEMS listed. 5. You must disclose EMI protection certification of the AN/AVS-9 for use in a fixed-wing aircraft and/or rotorcraft. 6. You must disclose flight certification of the AN/AVS-9 for use in a fixed-wing aircraft and/or rotorcraft. 7. This is not an official solicitation, a request to for source and sort amendment only. 8.
