- Description
- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM), is currently accepting capability statements from responsible sources. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor is a RFQ currently available. Firms interested in responding to the notice must be able to provide the referenced services and meet evaluation criteria. Capability statements must be in writing and received by the Contract Specialist by the closing date. This is a renewal contract for LC 1100 System Advantage instrumentation which is being used in ongoing research. The contract period is from 02/01/2010 thru 01/31/2011 for an LC 1100 System Advantage Silver, which includes a pump, auto sampler, diode-array detector and HP Compaq d530SFF. The National Library of Medicine requests the procurement of the professional services contract to provide service and maintenance. Vendors may identify in writing their interest and capability in response to this requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received before the closing date of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. The contract vehicle is a Firm Fixed price contract for a twelve month period, with four option years.
