Description

Task order project will include: Produce 800 pounds of sand fescue (Festuca ammobia) seed for the Siuslaw National Forest in accordance with contract specifications. Government-furnished foundation seed will be supplied to the contractor after having been tested in a seed lab for germination and purity. Work must be completed by November 15, 2013. The Government intends to place a firm fixed price delivery order on or before February 17, 2010. The resulting order shall utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required.
