- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Brand Name - REXNORD Coupling and Bore (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NWWG9430-10-05524SRG. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 332996. The small business size standard is 500 employees. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services and items: Must Be Brand Name - REXNORD Coupling and Bore (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: CLIN 0001- QTY 143 - E2 Flex Element Coupling, Omega. MANUFACTURER: REXNORD. CLIN 0002- QTY 77 - E2 Flex Element Coupling, Omega. MANUFACTURER: REXNORD. CLIN 0003- QTY 143 - 2 HSB 0.8750" Bore. MANUFACTURER: REXNORD. CLIN 0004- QTY 77 - 2 HSB 0.8750" Bore. MANUFACTURER: REXNORD. CLIN 0005- QTY 173 - 2 HSB 0.7500" Bore. MANUFACTURER: REXNORD. CLIN 0006- QTY 77 - 2 HSB 0.7500" Bore. MANUFACTURER: REXNORD. (VII) Place of delivery is FOB Destination to U.S. Dept. of Commerce/NOAA/CASC, National Logistics Support CNTR (NLSC)/CCX2 1510 Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO 64131 The product will be delivered within 60 days after award of the Purchase Order. (VIII) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (June 2008), applies to this acquisition. In addition to written price quotes, offers are instructed to provide references showing ability to provide products, offers are instructed to provide specifications of the product requirements as listed in paragraphs (V) and (VI). (IX) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Jan 1999), applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (a) is hereby completed as follows: Offers will be evaluated based on meeting the specifications set forth in paragraphs (V) and (VI) product capability specifications, price, delivery date and this will be "priced on an all or none basis for the product delivery. Award will be made based to the Contractor whose quote offers the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offers will be evaluated based on price and the factors set forth in paragraph (a), and award will be made to the firm offering the best value to the Government. (X) The offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Aug 2009), with its quote. An offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (m) of this provision.
