Collecting and tabularizing data that characterize the dimensions, site infrastructure, site support structures (i.e. battery shed, vehicle wash racks, loading ramps, hazardous storage sheds such as battery shed's or Petroleum-Oil-Lubricants (POL) sheds, etc.) conditions, and use of proposed sites, Balancing the proposed sites' mission, location, environmental concerns in the evaluation process, with regard to the JLTV FOV functional and physical requirements for operation and maintenance. Evaluating storage for application of armor and other ancillary equipment that is part of the system's product baselines (PBLs), and Writing a detailed summary of findings that will enable the program office to make strategic decisions with regard to JLTV facilities. The Contractor shall provide experienced facilities/engineering personnel that understand how to evaluate infrastructural impacts on military installations and bases with regard to the delivery and deployment of new military tactical vehicles.
