- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is M00263-10-T-0015, and it is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. NAICS 334510 applies. Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD), Parris Island, SC Regional Contracting Office/ Eastern Recruiting Region (RCO/ERR) intends to award a sole source, fixed price purchase order under GSA Contract V797P-4336A to PHYSIO-CONTROL, INC., 11811 WILLOWS ROAD NE, REDMOND WA, 98052-2003 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. **THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
